Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT METHOD:

You can pay by BACS or by Paypal

If you wish to pay by cheque this would need to clear before

posting items to you.

Cheques need to be paid to Victoria Antiques

Payment is required within 5 working days of the date of invoicing.

POSTAGE:

Most of the items on sale within the UK are sent with Free Shipping .Please contact us to enquire BEFORE THE SALE about the cost ofshipping to your area and/or whether the item is available internationally.

SHIPPING:

Once payment is received we will post/ship your item within 3 working days.

Please note with regard to items "lost" in the post (UK), unless there are exceptional circumstances, we will only consider a full refund after a period of 5 weeks has elapsed from the date upon which the Post Office might reasonably have delivered the item (longer in the case of international sales). This is because items are oftenreturned because the buyer failed to collect the item from the PO Sorting Office within the requisite period.

Please note that where an item is sent "Signed For" it is the buyer's responsibility to make suitable arrangements for delivery or collection of their parcel.  If the buyer fails to accept delivery or collect, and if the parcel is returned to us, we will only resend upon prior payment of the additional postage fees necessary to resend the item.

 If the buyer does not want to do this, we will refund the full cost ofthe item (but not the postage already actually paid for by ourselves).

RETURNS POLICY:

Care is taken to try to describe items as accurately as possible. If you require more photographs or information, please do not hesitate to contact us before you purchase with us.

a) Buyer remorse, Buyers wishing to cancel a sale because of buyer remorse must return the item to the seller undamaged and must be responsible for the return postage themselves.

Once a returned item has been received and inspected by the seller and found to be in a satisfactory condition, an appropriate refund will be made.

b) Item not as described, If the item is not as described and/or is faulty and the fault has not previously been drawn to the attention of the buyer, the seller should be notified as soon as possible.

Please note we keep inventory and photographs of all our stock before posting.
